FLORAL BATH SOAK RECIPE, 8oz
4 1/2 oz Dead Sea Salt
3 oz Epsom Salt
15 drops Lavender Essential Oil (if you don’t like Lavender you may use Rose or Neroli Oil instead, for a more sensual soak)
15 drops of Jasmine Essential Oil
1 heaping Tbsp of dried Lavender
1 heaping Tbsp of dried Chamomile
2 Tbsp of Rose Petals
- In a glass bowl mix together the salts. Add the essentials oils and stir until well distributed. Use a spoon to stir. If you want to use your hands, gloves are recommended, as the salt may remove nail polish
- Add the flowers and mix well. Spoon into a glass 8oz jar.
- When you are ready to use it, fill a small fabric bag about 3/4 of the way full, and throw it in the tub prior to running the bath. When you run the bath, let the hot water run over the bag to allow the ingredients to release more quickly.
